Differences from the Posix standard, the Single UNIX Specification or other threads implementations

All thread definitions found in pthread.h

For pthreads on the AS/400, all feature test macros, preprocessor values, data structures, types and function prototypes are located in the pthread.h header file instead of the system header files specified by Posix or the Single Unix Specification.
